Who cares what is happening in almost all comics Ex or manga: Superman, Naruto. If you read, you will find lots similarities. So to answer your question is not will not. Do what you want, I doubt he cares. PS: You say that the loan is not plagiarism if your book is like the Bible, but with different names.
